By creating an account or using the PayHaul platform at payhaul.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
PayHaul is operated by Lee Transportation Inc. DBA PayHaul, a California S-Corporation. We provide freight invoice automation software for carriers and factoring companies.
You may use PayHaul if you are a licensed motor carrier with a valid FMCSA MC number, a factoring company providing freight invoice factoring services, and at least 18 years of age.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Carriers may not register multiple accounts for the same MC number.
PayHaul allows users to upload rate confirmations and bills of lading, extract load data using AI, generate freight invoices, and submit invoices to connected factoring companies. PayHaul is a software tool, not a financial institution. We do not factor invoices or hold funds.
By uploading documents, you confirm you have the right to process them and authorize PayHaul to transmit contents to our AI service (Anthropic) for extraction. AI extraction may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing all invoices before use.
Carriers receive 10 free load extractions. Additional usage requires a paid plan. Factoring company pricing is subscription-based. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
You may not use PayHaul to upload fraudulent documents, generate invoices for loads not actually transported, impersonate another carrier or factoring company, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI EXTRACTION WILL BE ACCURATE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Riverside County, California.
